db9ee83432 chore(cpus): optimise runtime errata applications
The errata framework has a helper to invoke workarounds, complete with a
cpu rev_var check. We can use that directly instead of the
apply_cpu_pwr_dwn_errata to save on some code, as well as an extra
branch. It's also more readable.

Also, apply_erratum invocation in cpu files don't need to check the
rev_var as that was already done by the cpu_ops dispatcher for us to end
up in the file.

Finally, X2 erratum 2768515 only applies in the powerdown sequence, i.e.
at runtime. It doesn't achieve anything at reset, so we can label it
accordingly.

db7eb68817 fix(cpus): workaround for Cortex-X4 erratum 3076789
Cortex-X4 erratum 3076789 is a Cat B erratum that is present
in revisions r0p0, r0p1 and is fixed in r0p2.

The workaround is to set chicken bits CPUACTLR3_EL1[14:13]=0b11
and CPUACTLR_EL1[52] = 1.
Expected performance degradation is < 0.5%, but isolated
benchmark components might see higher impact.

4a97ff5111 feat(cpus): workaround for Cortex-A520(2938996) and Cortex-X4(2726228)
This patch implements errata functions for two errata, both of them
disable TRBE as a workaround. This patch doesn't have functions
that disable TRBE but only implemented helper functions that are
used to detect cores affected by Errata 2938996(Cortex-A520) & 2726228(Cortex-X4)

Errata printing is done directly via generic_errata_report.
This commit removes the unused \_cpu\()_errata_report
functions for all cores, and removes errata_func from cpu_ops.

9e51f15ed1 chore: simplify the macro names in ENABLE_FEAT mechanism
Currently, the macros used to denote feature implementation
in hardware follow a random pattern with a few macros having
suffix as SUPPORTED and a few using the suffix IMPLEMENTED.
This patch aligns the macro names uniformly using the suffix
IMPLEMENTED across all the features and removes unused macros
pertaining to the Enable feat mechanism.

FEAT_SUPPORTED --> FEAT_IMPLEMENTED
FEAT_NOT_SUPPORTED --> FEAT_NOT_IMPLEMENTED

Erratum 2413290 is a Cat B erratum that is present only
in revision r0p1 and is fixed in r1p1.

The initial implementation did not consider that this
fix is to be applied only when SPE (Statistical Profiling
Extension) is implemented and enabled. This patch applies
the fix by adding a check for ENABLE_SPE_FOR_NS.

c1aa3fa555 fix(cpus): workaround for Cortex X3 erratum 2641945
Cortex X3 erratum 2641945 is a Cat B erratum that applies to all
revisions <= r1p0 and is fixed in r1p1.

The workaround is to disable the affected L1 data cache prefetcher
by setting CPUACTLR6_EL1[41] to 1. Doing so will incur a performance
penalty of ~1%. Contact Arm for an alternate workaround that impacts
power.

Cortex-X3 erratum 2302506 is a cat B erratum that applies to
revisions r0p0-r1p1 and is fixed in r1p2. The workaround is to
set bit[0] of CPUACTLR2 which will force PLDW/PFRM ST to behave
like PLD/PRFM LD and not cause invalidation to other PE caches.

There might be a small performance degradation to this workaround
for certain workloads that share data.

a 3MB L2 cache, differing from Poseidon VN(AE) CPUs with a 2MB L2 cache.
This enhancement ensures compatibility with RD-Fremont and similar
platforms utilizing Poseidon V CPUs.
