So far we have the ENABLE_AMU build option to include AMU register
handling code for enabling and context switch. There is also an
ENABLE_FEAT_AMUv1 option, solely to protect the HAFGRTR_EL2 system
register handling. The latter needs some alignment with the new feature
scheme, but it conceptually overlaps with the ENABLE_AMU option.
Since there is no real need for two separate options, unify both into a
new ENABLE_FEAT_AMU name in a first step. This is mostly just renaming at
this point, a subsequent patch will make use of the new feature handling
scheme.

Cortex-A78 erratum 2742426 is a Cat B erratum that applies to
all revisions <= r1p2 and is still open.
The workaround is to set the CPUACTLR5_EL1[56:55] to 2'b01.

Cortex-A78 erratum 2779479 is a Cat B erratum that applies to
all revisions <= r1p2 and is still open.
The workaround is to set the CPUACTLR3_EL1[47] bit to 1. Setting this
bit might have a small impact on power and negligible impact
on performance.

Cortex-A78 erratum 2395406 is a cat B erratum that applies to revisions
r0p0 - r1p2 and is still open. The workaround is to set bit[40] of
CPUACTLR2 which will disable folding of demand requests into older
prefetches with L2 miss requests outstanding.

Cortex-A78 erratum 2376745 is a cat B erratum that applies to revisions
r0p0 - r1p2 and is still open. The workaround is to set bit[0] of
CPUACTLR2 which will force PLDW/PFRM ST to behave like PLD/PRFM LD and
not cause invalidation to other PE caches.

Cortex-A78 erratum 2132060 is a Cat B erratum that applies to
revisions r0p0, r1p0, r1p1, and r1p2 of CPU. It is still open.
The workaround is to write the value 2'b11 to the PF_MODE bits
in the CPUECTLR_EL1 register which will place the data prefetcher
in the most conservative mode instead of disabling it.
