f87e54f73c fix(ras): remove RAS_FFH_SUPPORT and introduce FFH_SUPPORT
This patch removes RAS_FFH_SUPPORT macro which is the combination of
ENABLE_FEAT_RAS and HANDLE_EA_EL3_FIRST_NS. Instead introduce an
internal macro FFH_SUPPORT which gets enabled when platforms wants
to enable lower EL EA handling at EL3. The internal macro FFH_SUPPORT
will be automatically enabled if HANDLE_EA_EL3_FIRST_NS is enabled.
FFH_SUPPORT along with ENABLE_FEAT_RAS will be used in source files
to provide equivalent check which was provided by RAS_FFH_SUPPORT
earlier. In generic code we needed a macro which could abstract both
HANDLE_EA_EL3_FIRST_NS and RAS_FFH_SUPPORT macros that had limitations.
Former was tied up with NS world only while the latter was tied to RAS
feature.

This is to allow Secure/Realm world to have their own FFH macros
in future.

7a2130b4a5 refactor(arm): allow platform specific SiP support
This patch introduces handler to add support for SiP calls to be
handled at EL3 for Arm platforms.

Consequently, the support for SPMD LSP is moved to corresponding
Arm platform SiP source file. This will allow us to add support
for a new SiP call in subsequent patch.

043f38fd50 build(bl32): added check for AARCH32_SP
If AACRH32_SP is not specified, it causes the DEFAULT_LINKER_SCRIPT

addresses that issue by requiring the AARCH32_SP variable to be set
before continuing.

9202d51990 refactor(ras): replace RAS_EXTENSION with FEAT_RAS
The current usage of RAS_EXTENSION in TF-A codebase is to cater for two
things in TF-A :
1. Pull in necessary framework and platform hooks for Firmware first
   handling(FFH) of RAS errors.
2. Manage the FEAT_RAS extension when switching the worlds.

FFH means that all the EAs from NS are trapped in EL3 first and signaled
to NS world later after the first handling is done in firmware. There is
an alternate way of handling RAS errors viz Kernel First handling(KFH).
Tying FEAT_RAS to RAS_EXTENSION build flag was not correct as the
feature is needed for proper handling KFH in as well.

This patch breaks down the RAS_EXTENSION flag into a flag to denote the
CPU architecture `ENABLE_FEAT_RAS` which is used in context management
during world switch and another flag `RAS_FFH_SUPPORT` to pull in
required framework and platform hooks for FFH.

Proper support for KFH will be added in future patches.

BREAKING CHANGE: The previous RAS_EXTENSION is now deprecated. The
equivalent functionality can be achieved by the following
2 options:
 - ENABLE_FEAT_RAS
 - RAS_FFH_SUPPORT

42d4d3baac refactor(build): distinguish BL2 as TF-A entry point and BL2 running at EL3
BL2_AT_EL3 is an overloaded macro which has two uses:
	1. When BL2 is entry point into TF-A(no BL1)
	2. When BL2 is running at EL3 exception level
These two scenarios are not exactly same even though first implicitly
means second to be true. To distinguish between these two use cases we
introduce new macros.
BL2_AT_EL3 is renamed to RESET_TO_BL2 to better convey both 1. and 2.
Additional macro BL2_RUNS_AT_EL3 is added to cover all scenarious where
BL2 runs at EL3 (including four world systems).

BREAKING CHANGE: BL2_AT_EL3 renamed to RESET_TO_BL2 across the

b139f1cf97 feat(ethos-n)!: add support for SMMU streams
The Arm(R) Ethos(TM)-N NPU driver now supports configuring the SMMU
streams that the NPU shall use and will therefore no longer delegate
access to these registers to the non-secure world. In order for the
driver to support this, the device tree parsing has been updated to
support parsing the allocators used by the NPU and what SMMU stream that
is associated with each allocator.

To keep track of what NPU device each allocator is associated with, the
resulting config from the device tree parsing will now group the NPU
cores and allocators into their respective NPU device.

The SMC API has been changed to allow the caller to specify what
allocator the NPU shall be configured to use and the API version has
been bumped to indicate this change.

1164a59cb1 feat(arm): forbid running RME-enlightened BL31 from DRAM
According to Arm CCA security model [1],

"Root world firmware, including Monitor, is the most trusted CCA
component on application PE. It enforces CCA security guarantees for
not just Realm world, but also for Secure world and for itself.

It is expected to be small enough to feasibly fit in on-chip memory,
and typically needs to be available early in the boot process when
only on-chip memory is available."

For these reasons, it is expected that "monitor code executes entirely
from on-chip memory."

This precludes usage of ARM_BL31_IN_DRAM for RME-enlightened firmware.

78da42a5f1 refactor(measured-boot): mb algorithm selection
With RSS now introduced, we have 2 Measured Boot backends. Both backends
can be used in the same firmware build with potentially different hash
algorithms, so now there can be more than one hash algorithm in a build.
Therefore the logic for selecting the measured boot hash algorithm needs
to be updated and the coordination of algorithm selection added. This is
done by:

- Adding MBOOT_EL_HASH_ALG for Event Log to define the hash algorithm
to replace TPM_HASH_ALG, removing reference to TPM.

- Adding MBOOT_RSS_HASH_ALG for RSS to define the hash algorithm to
replace TPM_HASH_ALG.

- Coordinating MBOOT_EL_HASH_ALG and MBOOT_RSS_HASH_ALG to define the
Measured Boot configuration macros through defining
TF_MBEDTLS_MBOOT_USE_SHA512 to pull in SHA-512 support if either
backend requires a stronger algorithm than SHA-256.

e04da4c8e1 build(fconf)!: clean up source collection
Including the FCONF Makefile today automatically places the FCONF
sources into the source list of the BL1 and BL2 images. This may be

672d669d6c fix(plat/fvp): allow changing the kernel DTB load address
We currently use ARM_PRELOADED_DTB_BASE build
variable to pass the kernel DTB base address to
the kernel when using the ARM_LINUX_KERNEL_AS_BL33
option. However this variable doesn't actually
change the DTB load address.

The DTB load address is actually specified in the
FW_CONFIG DTS (fvp_fw_config.dts) as 'hw_config'.
This patch passes the hw_config value instead of
ARM_PRELOADED_DTB_BASE allowing us to change
the kernel DTB load address through
fvp_fw_config.dts.

With this change we don't need the ARM_PRELOADED_DTB_BASE
build variable if RESET_TO_BL31 is not set.
Note that the hw_config value needs to be within the
ARM_DTB_DRAM_NS region specified by FVP_DTB_DRAM_MAP_START
and FVP_DTB_DRAM_MAP_SIZE.

This patch also expands the ARM_DTB_DRAM_NS region to 32MB.

BL2 is extracted from the FIP and verified by the Secure Enclave
processor. BL2 verification relies on the signature area at the
beginning of the BL2 image. This area is needed by the SecureEnclave
bootloader.

Then, the application processor is released from reset and starts by
executing BL2.

BL2 performs the actions described in the trusted-firmware-a TBB design
document.

a1cedadf73 feat(hw_crc): add support for HW computed CRC
Added support for HW computed CRC using Arm ACLE intrinsics.
These are built-in intrinsics available for ARMv8.1-A, and
onwards.
These intrinsics are enabled via '-march=armv8-a+crc' compile
switch for ARMv8-A (supports CRC instructions optionally).

HW CRC support is enabled unconditionally in BL2 for all Arm
platforms.

HW CRC calculation is verified offline to ensure a similar
result as its respective ZLib utility function.

HW CRC calculation support will be used in the upcoming
firmware update patches.

ef1daa420f feat(plat/arm): add GPT parser support
Added GPT parser support in BL2 for Arm platforms to get the entry
address and length of the FIP in the GPT image.

Also, increased BL2 maximum size for FVP platform to successfully
compile ROM-enabled build with this change.

Verified this change using a patch:

7d111d99c6 refactor(plat/arm): store UUID as a string, rather than ints
NOTE: Breaking change to the way UUIDs are stored in the DT

Currently, UUIDs are stored in the device tree as
sequences of 4 integers. There is a mismatch in endianness
between the way UUIDs are represented in memory and the way
they are parsed from the device tree. As a result, we must either
store the UUIDs in little-endian format in the DT (which means
that they do not match up with their string representations)
or perform endianness conversion after parsing them.

Currently, TF-A chooses the second option, with unwieldy
endianness-conversion taking place after reading a UUID.

To fix this problem, and to make it convenient to copy and
paste UUIDs from other tools, change to store UUIDs in string
format, using a new wrapper function to parse them from the
device tree.

76a21174d2 Add SiP service to configure Arm Ethos-N NPU
By default the Arm Ethos-N NPU will boot up in secure mode. In this mode
the non-secure world cannot access the registers needed to use the NPU.
To still allow the non-secure world to use the NPU, a SiP service has
been added that can delegate non-secure access to the registers needed
to use it.

Only the HW_CONFIG for the Arm Juno platform has been updated to include
the device tree for the NPU and the platform currently only loads the
HW_CONFIG in AArch64 builds.

e27340a74d plat/arm: Remove ARM_LINUX_KERNEL_AS_BL33 relying on RESET_TO_BL31
So far the ARM platform Makefile would require that RESET_TO_BL31 is set
when we ask for the ARM_LINUX_KERNEL_AS_BL33 feature.
There is no real technical reason for that, and the one place in the
code where this was needed has been fixed.

Remove the requirement of those two options to be always enabled
together.
This enables the direct kernel boot feature for the Foundation FVP
(as described in the documentation), which requires a BL1/FIP
combination to boot, so cannot use RESET_TO_BL31.

28e9a55fc8 lib: fconf: Implement a parser to populate CoT
Implemented a parser which populates the properties of
the CoT descriptors as per the binding document [1].
'COT_DESC_IN_DTB' build option is disabled by default and can
be enabled in future for all Arm platforms by making necessary
changes in the memory map.
Currently, this parser is tested only for FVP platform.
