Wenzhen Yu 11855267b5 fix(mt8196): remove EC_SUSPEND_PIN initial setting 
Move EC_SUSPEND_PIN (GPIO_AP_SUSPEND_L) init to coreboot and remove
EC_SUSPEND_PIN init from TF-A.
