In order to ease introduction of new STM32 MPUs platforms, a dedicated
ST sub-menu (and directory) is created.
The old page is kept, but with an orphan parameter to avoid build
issues with the docs, and to avoid listing it in the menu. It is
updated to just have links with the new pages.
A new page STM32 MPUs is created to group common options for all STM32
MPUs.

BL2_AT_EL3 is an overloaded macro which has two uses:
1. When BL2 is entry point into TF-A(no BL1)
2. When BL2 is running at EL3 exception level
These two scenarios are not exactly same even though first implicitly
means second to be true. To distinguish between these two use cases we
introduce new macros.
BL2_AT_EL3 is renamed to RESET_TO_BL2 to better convey both 1. and 2.
Additional macro BL2_RUNS_AT_EL3 is added to cover all scenarious where
BL2 runs at EL3 (including four world systems).
BREAKING CHANGE: BL2_AT_EL3 renamed to RESET_TO_BL2 across the
repository.

This flag will be used in BL32, to reconfigure UART parameters for
the early or crash console. By default, it is zero, as UART is
already configured in BL2.

For product with 128MB DDR size, the OP-TEE is located at the end
of the DDR and the FIP can't be loaded at the default location
because it overlap the OP-TEE final location. So the default value
for DWL_BUFFER_BASE is invalid.
To avoid this conflict the serial boot load address = DWL_BUFFER_BASE
can be modified with a configuration flags.

STM32MP13 is a variant of STM32MP1, with a single Cortex-A7, and no
Cortex-M4.
There is only one DDR port.
SP_min is not supported, only OP-TEE can be used as monitor.
STM32MP13 uses the header v2.0 format for stm32image generation
for BL2.

Add the possibility to configure console UART baudrate, it can be passed
as a command line parameter with STM32MP_UART_BAUDRATE. The default value
remains 115200.

has to be added to the make command.

Describe the boot using FIP, and how to compile it.
The STM32IMAGE boot chain is still available but it is not recommended.
Update the build command lines, for FIP.
The memory mapping is also updated.

stm32mp15_optee_defconfig has been dropped from U-Boot as it became
identical to stm32mp15_trusted_defconfig.
Furthermore give a hint how OP-TEE is supposed to be installed.

U-Boot should be compiled with stm32mp15_trusted_defconfig which is
supported since tag v2019.07-rc1 with commit [1].
The creation of the U-Boot binary with stm32 header is done at U-Boot
compilation step, it is no more required to call the extra command.

The platform port documents are not very standardised right now and
they don't integrate properly into the document tree so:
1) Make sure each port has a proper name and title (incl. owner)
2) Correct use of headings, subheadings, etc in each port
3) Resolve any naming conflicts between documents

Since STM32MP1 platform supports different boards, it is necessary
to build for a particular board. With the current instructions, the
user has to modify the DTB_FILE_NAME variable in platform.mk for
building for a particular board, but this can be avoided by passing
the appropriate board DTB name via DTB_FILE_NAME make variable.
Hence document the same in platform doc.

Support booting OP-TEE as BL32 boot stage and secure runtime
service.
OP-TEE executes in internal RAM and uses a secure DDR area to store
the pager pagestore. Memory mapping and TZC are configured accordingly
prior OP-TEE boot. OP-TEE image is expected in OP-TEE v2 format where
a header file describes the effective boot images. This change
post processes header file content to get OP-TEE load addresses
and set OP-TEE boot arguments.
