2a801f1629 resolve "[FIXME: manual]" in manpages 
For consistency across manpages, just include a single file
providing refmiscinfo attributes as described at
http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/chunked/ch21.html

a33a901369 Use fedpkg switch branch for git releases. 
The branch names have changed on us, this should be less likely to break
than using git branch switching.

62e85178c2 '0' is True, we want it as false 
if you put in tito.props:
changelog_do_not_remove_cherrypick = 0
then it is passed as string, and '0' is taken as True
