Madhukar Pappireddy 50fba2db86 docs(simd): introduce CTX_INCLUDE_SVE_REGS build flag ... This patch documents the support for the newly introduced CTX_INCLUDE_SVE_REGS build flag. Since this build flag is influenced by other build flags, the relevant sections have been updated with proper guidance. This patch also documents the SEPARATE_SIMD_SECTION build flag.
