Michal Simek 1c12cd10fc fix(xilinx): remove unused write_icc_asgi1r_el1() 
The commit 427e46ddea ("fix(xilinx): fix sending sgi to linux")
removed code which called write_icc_asgi1r_el1() but function itself
wasn't removed.
