The A/B loader [1] meant to be used for convenient CI testing.
The tool is installed into the same location as SA0, where it
conveniently fits due to its size, and where it makes use of
non-volatile PMIC registers to alternate between loading and
starting A or B copy of the BL2. The PMIC registers are used
because CPU registers are lost across reset.
In case the B copy is loaded, it is loaded from 8 MiB offset
from start of HF. In case the B copy fails to boot, a simple
reset of the system will switch back to booting previously
known working A copy and allow recovery.
The A/B loader sets MFIS bit MFISBTSTSR_BOOT_PARTITION to
pass the information which A/B copy is currently booting on
to TFA, which then loads the follow up components from 0 MiB
or 8 MiB offset, depending on whether the A or B copy is being
booted.
The MFISBTSTSR_BOOT_PARTITION interferes with regular A/B
switching during boot from eMMC as the boot media, where
the BootROM also sets MFISBTSTSR_BOOT_PARTITION bit in case
the system boots from SECOND eMMC HW BOOT partition.
Since the A/B loader is meant as a development and CI tool,
isolate the A/B loader use to RPC HF only and furthermore
isolate it behind new RCAR_RPC_HYPERFLASH_ABLOADER option
which is disabled by default.

The SCEG CC6.3S which contains TRNG is only accessible from secure
world. Pull 8 random bytes out of the TRNG and pass them to the next
stage via DT fragment as /chosen/kaslr-seed property, so Linux can
use those random bytes to initialize KASLR in case it is compiled
with CONFIG_RANDOMIZE_BASE .
Linux before this patch prints early on boot:
KASLR disabled due to lack of seed
Linux after this patch prints early on boot:
KASLR enabled

This change introduces a few helper variables for dealing with verbose
and silent build modes: `silent`, `verbose`, `q` and `s`.
The `silent` and `verbose` variables are boolean values determining
whether the build system has been configured to run silently or
verbosely respectively (i.e. with `--silent` or `V=1`).
These two modes cannot be used together - if `silent` is truthy then
`verbose` is always falsy. As such:
make --silent V=1
... results in a silent build.
In addition to these boolean variables, we also introduce two new
variables - `s` and `q` - for use in rule recipes to conditionally
suppress the output of commands.
When building silently, `s` expands to a value which disables the
command that follows, and `q` expands to a value which supppresses
echoing of the command:
$(s)echo 'This command is neither echoed nor executed'
$(q)echo 'This command is executed but not echoed'
When building verbosely, `s` expands to a value which disables the
command that follows, and `q` expands to nothing:
$(s)echo 'This command is neither echoed nor executed'
$(q)echo 'This command is executed and echoed'
In all other cases, both `s` and `q` expand to a value which suppresses
echoing of the command that follows:
$(s)echo 'This command is executed but not echoed'
$(q)echo 'This command is executed but not echoed'
The `s` variable is predominantly useful for `echo` commands, where you
always want to suppress echoing of the command itself, whilst `q` is
more useful for all other commands.

According to the Generic Names Recommendation in the Devicetree
Specification Release v0.3, and the DT Bindings for the Renesas Reduced
Pin Count Interface, the node name for a Renesas RPC-IF device should be
"spi". The node name matters, as the node is enabled by passing a DT
fragment from TF-A to subsequent software.
Fix this by renaming the device node in the passed DT fragment from
"rpc" to "spi".

The DRAM channel 0 memory area in 32bit space is limited to 2 GiB window.
Furthermore, the first 128 MiB of this memory window are reserved and not
accessible by the system software, hence the 32bit area memory node is
limited to range 0x4800_0000..0xbfff_ffff.
In case there are more than 2 GiB of DRAM populated in channel 0, it is
necessary to generate two memory nodes, once covering the 2 GiB - 128 MiB
area in the 32bit space, and another covering the rest of the memory in
64bit space. This patch implements handling of such a case.

The BL33 size on this platform is limited to 1 MiB, add optional
support for decompressing and starting gzip-compressed BL33, which
may help with this size limitation. This functionality is disabled
by default, set RCAR_GEN3_BL33_GZIP=1 during build to enable it.
The BL33 at 0x50000000 should then be gzip compressed, however if
the BL33 does not have a valid gzip header, it is copied to the
correct location and started as-is, this is a fallback for legacy
systems and systems which update to gzip-compressed BL33.
