Current RAS framework in TF-A only supports handling errors originating
from NS world but the HANDLE_EA_EL3_FIRST flag configures it for all
lower Els. To make the current design of RAS explicit, rename this macro
to HANDLE_EA_EL3_FIRST_NS and set EA bit in scr_el3 only when
switching to NS world.
Note: I am unaware of any platform which traps errors originating in
Secure world to EL3, if there is any such platform then it need to
be explicitly implemented in TF-A

RD-N2* variants of Neoverse reference design platforms could be
configured to boot from SRAM or DRAM. Having ARM_BL31_IN_DRAM set to 1
within the common makefile would deter these platforms from having this
flexibility. Remove the default override configuration for
`ARM_BL31_IN_DRAM`.

Add support to read the list of isolated CPUs from SDS and publish this
list via the non-trusted firmware configuration file for the next stages
of boot software to use.
Isolated CPUs are those that are not to be used on the platform for
various reasons. The isolated CPU list is an array of MPID values of the
CPUs that have to be isolated.

Commit 4333f95 ("fix(spm_mm): do not compile if SVE/SME is enabled")
introduced a comiple time check to verify if ENABLE_SVE_FOR_NS is set to
0 when SPM_MM build is enabled. To support SPM_MM builds on SGI/RD
platforms set ENABLE_SVE_FOR_NS to 0.

The SGI/RD platforms have been using PSCI state ID format as defined in
PSCI version prior to 1.0. This is being changed and the PSCI extended
state ID format as defined in PSCI version 1.1 is being adapted. In
addition to this, the use of Arm recommended PSCI state ID encoding is
enabled as well.

A Neoverse reference design platform can have two or more variants that
differ in core count, cluster count or other peripherals. To allow reuse
of platform code across all the variants of a platform, introduce build
option CSS_SGI_PLATFORM_VARIANT for Arm Neoverse reference design
platforms. The range of allowed values for the build option is platform
specific. The recommended range is an interval of non negative integers.
An example usage of the build option is
make PLAT=rdn2 CSS_SGI_PLATFORM_VARIANT=1

Upcoming RD platforms have a different memory map from those of the
existing platforms. So make the build of the existing mmap entries to be
usable only for existing platforms and let upcoming platforms define
a different set of mmap entries.

The only difference between GIC-500 and GIC-600 relevant to TF-A is the
differing power management sequence.
A certain GIC implementation is detectable at runtime, for instance by
checking the IIDR register. Let's add that test before initiating the
GIC-600 specific sequence, so the code can be used on both GIC-600 and
GIC-500 chips alike, without deciding on a GIC chip at compile time.
This means that the GIC-500 "driver" is now redundant. To allow minimal
platform support, add a switch to disable GIC-600 support.

This patch moves all GICv3 driver files into new added
'gicv3.mk' makefile for the benefit of the generic driver
which can evolve in the future without affecting platforms.
The patch adds GICv3 driver configuration flags
'GICV3_IMPL', 'GICV3_IMPL_GIC600_MULTICHIP' and
'GICV3_OVERRIDE_DISTIF_PWR_OPS' described in
'GICv3 driver options' section of 'build-option.rst'
document.
NOTE: Platforms with GICv3 driver need to be modified to
include 'drivers/arm/gic/v3/gicv3.mk' in their makefiles.

This patch provides separation of GICD, GICR accessor
functions and adds new macros for GICv3 registers access
as a preparation for GICv3.1 and GICv4 support.
NOTE: Platforms need to modify to include both
'gicdv3_helpers.c' and 'gicrv3_helpers.c' instead of the
single helper file previously.

Introduce macro 'CSS_SGI_CHIP_COUNT' to allow Arm CSS platforms with
multi-chip support to define number of chiplets on the platform. By
default, this flag is set to 1 and does not affect the existing single
chip platforms.
For multi-chip platforms, override the default value of
CSS_SGI_CHIP_COUNT with the number of chiplets supported on the
platform. As an example, the command below sets the number of chiplets
to two on the RD-N1-Edge multi-chip platform:
export CROSS_COMPILE=<path-to-cross-compiler>
make PLAT=rdn1edge CSS_SGI_CHIP_COUNT=2 ARCH=aarch64 all

The Secure Partition Manager (SPM) prototype implementation is
being removed. This is preparatory work for putting in place a
dispatcher component that, in turn, enables partition managers
at S-EL2 / S-EL1.
This patch removes:
- The core service files (std_svc/spm)
- The Resource Descriptor headers (include/services)
- SPRT protocol support and service definitions
- SPCI protocol support and service definitions

The BL1 stage setup code for ARM platforms sets up the SP805 watchdog
controller as the secure watchdog. But not all ARM platforms use SP805
as the secure watchdog controller.
So introduce two new ARM platform code specific wrapper functions to
start and stop the secure watchdog. These functions then replace the
calls to SP805 driver in common BL1 setup code. All the ARM platforms
implement these wrapper functions by either calling into SP805 driver
or the SBSA watchdog driver.

The top level makefile defines the PLAT variable, not PLATFORM.
This mistake was causing an empty variable expansion and showing an
incomplete error message.

Remove the platform common plat_arm_security_setup function to allow
platform specific implementations of the security setup function
implemented in the board directory of the platform.
For use by secure software, configure region0 of DMC-620 trustzone
controller to protect the upper 16MB of memory of the first DRAM block
from non-secure accesses.

On SGI platforms, the interconnect is setup by the SCP and so the
existing unused interconnect setup in sgi575 platform code can be
removed. As a result of this, sgi_plat_config.c and sgi_bl1_setup.c
files can be removed as these files are now empty or can be
substainated by the existing weak functions.

In preparation of adding support for upcoming SGI platforms, macros
common to all the SGI platforms are moved into sgi_base_platform_def.h
file. Macros that are specific to sgi575 platform remain in the
platform_def.h file. In addition to this, the platform_def.h file is
moved to sgi575 board directory. Also the ENT_CPU_SOURCES has been
renamed to SGI_CPU_SOURCES and moved from sgi-common.mk to board
specific makefile platform.mk

Add a platform specific handler for RAS interrupts and configure the
platform RAS interrupts for EL3 handling. The interrupt handler passes
control to StandaloneMM code executing in S-EL0, which populates the
CPER buffer with relevant error information. The handler subsequently
invokes the SDEI client which processes the information in the error
information in the CPER buffer. The helper functions
plat_sgi_get_ras_ev_map and plat_sgi_get_ras_ev_map_size would be
defined for sgi platforms in the subsequent patch, which adds sgi575
specific RAS changes.

Append a node to hw-config dtb which will include a property to hold
the value of the SSC_VERSION register. This will be used by the BL33
stage to determine the platform-id and the config-id of the platform
it is executing on.

Remove the existing method of populating the platform id in arg2 of
BL33 which is no longer needed with dynamic configuration feature
enabled as the BL33 will get this information directly via the config
files. Add the tb_fw_config and hw_config dts files.

SGI-575 platform is based on Cortex-A75 processor which has its MT bit
in the MPIDR register set to '1'. So the Arm platform layer code has
to be made aware of this.
