It's kind of an attempt to set up emacs and learn elisp at the same time.

I'm not satisfied with the existing keyboard shortcuts, so I want to redefine them and remove the ones I don't use (so they don't interfere unnecessarily).

At the same time, I want to be able to bring everything back if necessary for any purpose (for example, to see which function the keyboard shortcut is associated with in the original).

Given the complete ignorance of ELisp, I apologize in advance for all sorts of mistakes.
