61333c4671 generic: namespaced Qt4/Katie build fixes 
most of the changes were done trought Katie's namefsck script which
convertes forward class declarations to include directives, however
other fixes here and there were needed as well as some questionable
changes to Q_DECLARE_TYPEINFO() macro calls because they most likely
have to do the namespacing themselfs (QT_BEGIN/END_NAMESPACE, and
probably will be in Katie) meaning that some of the changes may be
temporary and reverted later.

0f11be04d2 kparts: make mainwindow header guard less generic 
this fixes the filelight (from kde-extraaps) build because it does
the same thing for its own header.

82fc15f54b generic: use CMake moc instead of automoc4 by default 
for compatibilty reasons automoc4 support is not removed but it
shall be in the future. automoc4 has not been maintained for a
while (last commit is from 2011) and the stable release is from
2009.

CMake version >= 2.8.6 provides the functionality for mocking so
I see no reason to not make use of it.
