b54eec7ab5 libs: Plasma::WidgetExplorer reimplementation 
am really starting to hate Plasma::ScrollWidget - that widget is
resizing on timer so to not cause resizing to minimum and then expanding
manual widget resizing has to be done (see
Plasma::WidgetExplorerPrivate::filterApplets())
