What should be put here?
========================

Stuff here needs to comply with at least these rules (additionally to all the other ones that apply to all code):
- no dependencies on legacy libs (Qt3/KDE3 support, kresources, libkdepim)
- no dependencies on:
  - libmessagelist
  - libmessageviewer
  - libmessagecomposer
- used by at least one of the above listed libs
- used by at least one other component (most commonly a second one of the above listed libs)
