This is not yet integrated into the KDE build / install.

For testing, you can install it like this:

loc=de; m=kmix-controls-$loc ; msgfmt -o ${m}.mo ${m}.po
cp $m.mo /usr/share/locale/$loc/LC_MESSAGES/kmix-controls.mo

You can also do it with loc=en
