unfortunetly some deeclarative sources still exhibit it, most of the
cruft is in private headers and I've not observed the problem as
often so this is nothing but a good start, to be continue..

the only thing left to fix is the dbus component which requires the
pointer operator backported from 9c5a77f0ef
but it messes up the erase and insert templates and causes source
incompatibilities so it has to investigated further.
