Stefan Roese 8822fe1683 arm: mvebu/armada100: dram.c: Remove CONFIG_SYS_BOARD_DRAM_INIT 
CONFIG_SYS_BOARD_DRAM_INIT is not defined anywhere. So lets get rid
of all references here.
