We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.
Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,
etc.

These accessors are not overridden by any board, and even if they were,
this is something which should be handled via DM now, so remove the
weak alias option. Moreover, drop the inline keyword, as the compiler
can decide better.

Inline all the functions from the header file, as they are not used
outside of the driver or the standalone EEPROM example.
Note that this does introduce considerable amount of duplication in
the standalone EEPROM example, however that one has to be rewritten
anyway, roughly such that the SMC911x driver would expose DM EEPROM
interface and the standalone example would use that.

The console includes a global variable and several functions that are only
used by a small subset of U-Boot files. Before adding more functions, move
the definitions into their own header file.

The smc911x_detect function in /net/driver/net/smc911x.c
returns a 0 if everything was ok (a chip was found) and -1 else.
In the standalone example 'smc911x_eeprom' the return value
of smc911x_detect is interpreted in a different way
(0 for error, !0 as OK).
This leads to the error that the chip will not be detected.

The hush shell dynamically allocates (and re-allocates) memory for the
argument strings in the "char *argv[]" argument vector passed to
commands. Any code that modifies these pointers will cause serious
corruption of the malloc data structures and crash U-Boot, so make
sure the compiler can check that no such modifications are being done
by changing the code into "char * const argv[]".
This modification is the result of debugging a strange crash caused
after adding a new command, which used the following argument
processing code which has been working perfectly fine in all Unix
systems since version 6 - but not so in U-Boot:

The line marked "====>" will corrupt the malloc data structures and
usually cause U-Boot to crash when the next command gets executed by
the shell. With the modification, the compiler will prevent this with
an
error: increment of read-only location '*argv'

definitions and removes other code that breaks due to the change in definition.
