18115aae53 bios_emulator: for non-x86, print warnings if PM_{inp, outp}* access is attempted
Currently the PM_{inp,outp}* macros are completely broken on non-x86 architectures,
because they will essentially access random memory locations if called (and produce
a lot of rightful compilation warnings too). For now, replace those macros with
warnings (until the code is fixed), so the user at least knows that the emulator
attempted to access some x86 I/O port.

70f2030f02 bios_emulator: Drop VIDEO_IO_OFFSET
This is always zero in the source tree, so drop it.

While we are here, add a comment to _X86EMU_env since the symbol is
actually defined twice, which can cause confusion when building.

b3521f2e49 bios_emulator: Add an option to enable debugging
At present there are DEBUG options spread around the place. If you enable
one and not another you can end up with an emulator that does not work,
since each file can have a different view of what the registers look like.
To fix this, create a global CONFIG_X86EMU_DEBUG option that keeps
everything consistent.

ATI video card BIOS. and can be used for x86 code emulation by some
