b01ae03c0b binman: Add 'min-size' entry property 
This property sets the minimum size of an entry, including padding but
not alignment. It can be used to reserve space for growth of an entry,
or to enforce a minimum offset for later entries in the section.

ef439ed191 binman: Update testPackExtra with more checks 
Check the contents of each section to make sure it is actually in the
right place.

Also fix a whitespace error in the .dts file.

741f2d620c binman: Move to three-digit test-file numbers 
We now have 99 tests. Before adding any more, rename everything to three
digits. This helps to preserve the ordering of tests and makes it easier
to find things.
