301bac6047 cmd: Remove <common.h> and add needed includes 
Remove <common.h> from all "cmd/" files and when needed add
missing include files directly.

33eb0b9eef cli: Add a command to show cmdline history 
There is a function for this but it is never used. Showing the history is
a useful feature, so add a new 'history' command.
