Unlike CMPC885 and CMPCPRO boards, the FPGA of MCR3000 board doesn't
load code automatically but needs to be loaded by software through SPI.
Until now it was loaded later by Linux, but we'd like U-boot to have
access to some information that require the FPGA, like board address
in racks.
So, implemented the load of FPGA in U-boot.

MCR3000 board has some components tied to the SPI bus, like the Texas
Instruments LM74 temperature sensor.
Add support for SPI bus. The SPI chipselects are a bit special in the
way that they are driven by 3 bits in a register of the board's CPLD
where the value writen in those bits exclusively activates one of the
7 possible chipselects and value 0 sets all chipselets to inactive.
So add a special GPIO driver that simulates GPIOs for those chipselect.

When adding additional SPI peripherals, the reg property needs to
be added, and this leads to the following error:

Fix it by removing cell-index and cell-size which is unused and add

This pull request adds support for the last CPU board from
CS GROUP France (previously CSSI).
That CPU board called CMPCPRO has a mpc8321E CPU (Family PQII PRO hence
its name) and can be plugged in place of the CMPC885 board.
In order to support that new board, the following changes are included
in this series:
- Make the mpc8xx watchdog driver more generic for reusing it
with mpc83xx
- Fix various small problems on mpc83xx platform
- Add a GPIO Driver for QE GPIOs
- Add support for mpc832x into mpc83xx SPI driver
- Refactor existing board code that will be shared with new board
- Add the new board
CSSI has another CPU board, similar to the CMPC885 board
that get plugged on the two base boards MCR3000_2G and MIAE.
That CPU board is called CMPCPRO because it has a MPC8321E CPU,
also known as Power QUICC II PRO.

mpc8xx, mpc83xx and mpc86xx have similar watchdog with almost same
memory registers.
Refactor the driver to get the register addresses from the
device tree and use the compatible to know the prescale factor.
Calculate the watchdog setup value from the provided timeout.
Don't declare it anymore as an HW_WATCHDOG, u-boot will start
servicing the watchdog early enough.
On mpc8xx the watchdog configuration register is also used for
configuring the bus monitor. So add it as an option to the watchdog
when it is mpc8xx. When watchdog is not selected, leave the
configuration of the initial SYPCR from Kconfig.

50128aeb0f ("cyclic: get rid of cyclic_init()") preventing 8xx boards
from booting since u-boot 2023.01
- A GPIO driver for powerpc 8xx chip
- Fixup for powerpc 8xx SPI driver
- A new powerpc 8xx board
- The two devices having that board.
This adds a new board from CS GROUP. The board is called
MCR3000_2G, and has a CPU board called CMPC885.
That CPU board is shared with another equipment that will
be added in a later patch.
That board stores Ethernet MAC addresses in an EEPROM which
is accessed using SPI bus.
This patch was originally written by Charles Frey who's
email address is not valid anymore as he left the company.

U-Boot build process for socrates board produces final U-Boot binary in
file u-boot-socrates.bin (by binman) And as a bonus it produces two
unusable broken binaries u-boot-dtb.bin and u-boot.bin (by Makefile).
Clean this up, so final U-Boot binary is in u-boot-dtb.bin

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

Building of final u-boot.bin binary for mpc85xx via binman is needed only
when inserting DTB binary in the middle of the u-boot ELF binary (before
.bootpg and .resetvec ELF sections).
These requirements are met when CONFIG_MPC85XX_HAVE_RESET_VECTOR is enabled
(= generating .bootpg/.resetvec sections) and CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE is enabled
(= inserting DTB binary).
So in all other cases use standard build procedure instead of custom
mpc85xx u-boot.bin Makefile target via binman.

Currently Makefile produces final mpc85xx image when SPL is not used in
custom file u-boot-with-dtb.bin. It is quite confusing name as build
process produce also intermediate file standard file u-boot-dtb.bin (which
is just intermediate and not bootable). Other platforms use u-boot.bin
(UBOOT_BIN) as standard name for final bootable raw image.
So change Makefile rules and binman to produce final bootable file for
mpc85xx also into file u-boot.bin. There is just need for mpc85xx to not
define default rule for u-boot.bin then instruct binman (via DTS file) to
store final image into u-boot.bin (instead of u-boot-with-dtb.bin) and
finally rename target u-boot-with-dtb.bin to u-boot.bin.
With this change are also removed custom Makefile hacks for mpc85xx that it
produced non-standard output file. And also updated documentation.

The kmtegr1 board is out of maintenance and can be removed. As it is the
only board in the tree using MPC8309 the support for this CPU is dropped
completely.

DT node pic@40000 is defined explicitly in p2020-post.dtsi file and also
transitionally via include file pq3-mpic.dtsi. Remove duplicate definition
from p2020-post.dtsi.
No change in final DTB file.

Commit e8c0e0064c ("powerpc: mpc85xx: Fix CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE support")
fixed SD card booting on mpc85xx boards but broke NOR booting on these
boards. Reason is that U-Boot build system for NOR images uses binman and
this binman ignores alignment defined in linker script. Instead it has own
config file where is alignment defined.
Fix binman alignment for mpc85xx boards to match what is _now_ defined in
linker script.
This change fixes building of U-Boot for NOR booting on P2020 board.

Upstream Linux kernel uses for mpc8548-based PCIe controllers compatible
string "fsl,mpc8548-pcie". So change U-Boot fsl PCIe driver and all DTS
files to use "fsl,mpc8548-pcie" instead of "fsl,pcie-mpc8548" to be
compatible with Linux kernel.

Device tree include file p2020-post.dtsi should be included after the board
device tree file and overrides settings of the board. So it should not
disable some node as board cannot enable it via normal way (it has to
enable it after inclusion of p2020-post.dtsi file).
Fix it by removal of explicit disable in p2020-post.dtsi file and then
remove explicit post-post enable in all P2020 board device tree files.
Currently no P2020 board has spi@7000 node disabled.

For compatibility with Linux kernel DTS files and also with other U-Boot
powerpc DTS files, rename esdhc@2e000 node to sdhc@2e000 in p1020-post.dtsi
and p2020-post.dtsi include files.
Linux kernel DTS files which include these dtsi files, expect that esdhc
node has name sdhc@2e000 and do not work with other node names.
