dc53e48d17 rockchip: rk3588-nanopc-t6-lts: Add missing board -u-boot.dtsi
The commit 7cec3e7019 ("rockchip: rk3588-nanopc-t6: Add support for
NanoPC-T6 LTS") added support for the LTS variant of NanoPC T6. However,
a board specific -u-boot.dtsi file was never added.

Due to the missing -u-boot.dtsi file the LTS fdt included in the FIT is
never tagged with bootph props.

When ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH is enabled, not enabled in defconfig, the env
can successfully load from SPI flash on the non-LTS variant, something
that does not work on the LTS variant due to missing bootph-some-ram
props in the LTS fdt.

Fix this by adding a LTS -u-boot.dtsi file that just include the non-LTS
-u-boot.dtsi file.

7db9ff1648 board: rockchip: Add FriendlyElec NanoPi R6S
The NanoPi R6S is a SBC by FriendlyElec based on the Rockchip RK3588s.
It comes with 4GB or 8GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, 32GB eMMC storage,
one RTL8211F 1GbE and two RTL8125 2.5GbE Ethernet ports, one USB 2.0
Type-A and one USB 3.0 Type-A port, a HDMI port, a 12-pin GPIO FPC
connector, a fan connector, IR receiver as well as some buttons and LEDs.

Add initial support for this board using the upstream devicetree sources.

f59d40aa55 board: rockchip: Add FriendlyElec NanoPi R6C
The NanoPi R6C is a SBC by FriendlyElec based on the Rockchip RK3588s.
It comes with 4GB or 8GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, optional 32GB eMMC
storage, one M.2 M-Key connector, one RTL8211F 1GbE and one RTL8125
2.5GbE Ethernet port, one USB 2.0 Type-A and one USB 3.0 Type-A port, a
HDMI port, a 30-pin GPIO header as well as multiple buttons and LEDs.

Add initial support for this board using the upstream devicetree sources.

Tested in U-Boot proper:
- Booting from eMMC works
- 1GbE Ethernet works using the eth_eqos driver (tested by ping)
- 2.5GbE Ethernet works using the eth_rtl8169 driver (tested by ping),
but the status LEDs on this specific port currently aren't working
- NVMe SSD in M.2 socket does get recognized (tested with `nvme scan`
  followed by `nvme details`)

97eaedb60a rockchip: nanopc-t6-rk3588: use DRAM banks from ATAGS
RK3588-based devices now support creating DRAM banks with proper holes
by reading the ATAGS from Rockchip TPL blob, so let's use that mechanism
instead.

Since ft_board_setup isn't defined anymore, there's no need for
selecting CONFIG_OF_BOARD_SETUP.

Similarly, because the nanopc-t6-rk3588.c would be empty, it is simply
removed, with the (would-be-empty) Makefile as well.

The CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANK now defaults to 10 which is a safe bet for
reading banks from ATAGS, so let's use the default value instead.

efdf91c8ea boards: Remove empty BOARD_SPECIFIC_OPTIONS
While there are currently uses for a stanza of "config BOARD_SPECIFIC_OPTIONS"
followed by "def_bool y" and a series of select/imply statements, having
this option set followed by nothing else doesn't provide anything.
Remove these stanzas.
