dfu: add DFU virtual backend
Add a virtual DFU backend to allow board specific read and write (for OTP update for example). Acked-by: Lukasz Majewski <lukma@denx.de> Signed-off-by: Patrick Delaunay <patrick.delaunay@st.com>
