ARM: renesas: Rename rmobile_get_cpu_rev_*() to renesas_get_cpu_rev_*()
Rename rmobile_get_cpu_rev_*() to renesas_get_cpu_rev_*() because all the chips are made by Renesas, while only a subset of them is from the R-Mobile line.
