arm: sunxi: Enable SPI/SPI-FLASH support for A64

SPI is available in Allwinner A64 SoC, so enable it
globally in Kconfig.

- CONFIG_SPI
- CONFIG_DM_SPI
- CONFIG_DM_SPI_FLASH
