fix mans extensions

ROSA uses *.xz, not *.gz, there were broken symlinks:

$ file /etc/alternatives/java.1.gz
/etc/alternatives/java.1.gz: broken symbolic link to /usr/share/man/man1/java-java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.252.b02-0.1.ea.x86_64.1.gz
