Mathieu Poirier ecadac7cd2 refactor(qemu-sbsa): move all DT related functions to sbsa_platform.c ... Move all DT related functions to file sbsa_platform_dt.c so that clients other than SIP SVC can use the funtionality. At the same time, make all functions that don't need outside visibility static.
