Harrison Mutai a07b4590dd fix(build): disable ENABLE_FEAT_MPAM for Aarch32 ... Disable FEAT_MPAM support for Aarch32 as it is not supported, following [1]. ENABLE_FEAT_MPAM is set to 2 by default for Aarch64 in arch_features.mk, eliminating the need for duplication in the platform makefile.
