Manish V Badarkhe 81c2e1566d fix(tbbr): guard defines under MBEDTLS_CONFIG_FILE Several platforms, such as NXP platforms, employ Trusted Boot support without relying on MBEDTLS_CONFIG. Manish V Badarkhe 81c2e1566d fix(tbbr): guard defines under MBEDTLS_CONFIG_FILE

Several platforms, such as NXP platforms, employ Trusted Boot support
