Stefan Kerkmann af799814e2 fix(imx8m): 8mq: enable imx_hab_handler 
The imx8mq socs communicate with the HAB rom via the TF-A. But the
imx_hab_handler servicing the call wasn't compiled in as of now -
resulting in failed HAB rom calls.
