Olivier Deprez 89832ac9ef spm: provide number of vCPUs and VM size for first SP
The primary VM concept is removed from the SPMC.
Update the SPMC manifests with number of Execution Contexts
and SP workspace size for the first Secure Partition (as it
is done for NWd secondary VMs and other SPs).
