Sandrine Bailleux 47c8dcfde7 docs: deprecate CryptoCell-712/713 drivers ... We plan to deprecate the CryptoCell-712 and CryptoCell-713 drivers in TF-A release v2.9 and eventually remove the code from the tree in release 3.0. The only upstream platforms which use these drivers today are the Arm Ltd developpment platforms, such as Juno. Write this information down into the "Release Processes" document.
