Zelalem Aweke 434d0491c5 refactor(makefile): remove BL prefixes in build macros ... The current Makefile assumes all TF-A binaries have BL prefixes (BL1, BL2, etc). Now that we have other binary names with FEAT_RME feature, remove this assumption. With this change, we need to pass the full name of a binary when using build macros.
