Tamas Ban 2b53106a0e feat(auth): add explicit entries for key OIDs 
Key-OIDs that authenticate SCP_BL2, BL32, BL33,
Trusted FW config and Non-trusted FW config images
have been explicitly entered.
Implementations of signer-ID consume these entries.
